Today’s HYROX Kidz after-school session was full of energy, teamwork and plenty of smiles! The children gave it their all and had great fun taking on the different fitness challenges.
It was brilliant to see everyone encouraging each other, pushing themselves and enjoying being active together. This programme is a fantastic way to build confidence, strength and resilience all while having fun!
