Yesterday our Reception and P1 pupils headed out to the yard to explore the snow and ice. They made shapes, investigated textures and used all five senses to discover what winter really feels like!
This hands-on learning ties perfectly into our current class topic on Polar Bears, helping the children understand how cold environments look, feel and sound.
They absolutely loved it! 🤍🐻❄️
