On Monday, our Reception and P1 children had some very special visitors when one of our p1 families brought chicks to visit.
The children listened to a lovely story all about where chicks come from and thoroughly enjoyed learning more about them. This links to our topic of spring and learning all about different animals’ life cycles. They loved getting to see the chicks up close and were very excited throughout the visit.
All of the other classes also had the opportunity to visit the P1 classroom to see the chicks during the day, which was enjoyed by everyone!
