Today our P4/5 class enjoyed an exciting Bushcraft experience outdoors. The children learned how to create sparks safely using fire rods and strikers, and even had the opportunity to light a cotton pad using the sparks they made themselves.
They also worked together to build shelters using sticks, branches, and pine needles, developing teamwork, problem-solving, and outdoor learning skills throughout the day.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience and showed great enthusiasm and creativity during all of the activities.
